Need to stop immediately or pause?

Contact Curbuno with your signup email, service address, and requested stop or pause date. Never send card details or bank information. An immediate stop and any eligible refund need a separate review; the portal cancellation stops the next renewal.

The customer support contact will be available before enrollment opens. If you already have a service confirmation, use the contact listed there.

Billing & cancellation

Monthly billing

Monthly service costs $24.99, plus any applicable tax disclosed before payment, for two standard household carts with weekly roll-out and return. Charges recur monthly in advance until canceled. Your checkout confirmation shows your renewal date. Service starts only on the date Curbuno confirms for your address.

Cancel before your next renewal

Cancel at any time. A cancellation received before the next renewal charge stops that renewal. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Unless you request an earlier stop, service continues through the paid period. Keep your cancellation confirmation and end date.

Immediate stops and refunds

For an immediate stop, prepaid, unperformed visits are refundable. Each weekly cycle is valued at the monthly charge divided by the scheduled cycles in that billing period; half is allocated to placement and half to return. Previously attempted visits blocked by customer-controlled access problems are excluded. Unused service credits are refunded when service ends. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; bank posting time varies.

One-week bookings

The $10.00 one-time plan includes one scheduled collection cycle for two carts in your confirmed week. It does not automatically renew. Contact Curbuno before your scheduled visits if you need to change or cancel the booking.

Failed payments and pauses

If a payment fails, Curbuno will notify you and allow 7 calendar days to update payment before suspending future service. No late or failed-payment fees are added. Billing pauses during a nonpayment suspension; payment for service already delivered remains due. Vacation pauses and restart dates must be confirmed with Curbuno.
